Outside linebacker Anthony Spencer said he will appeal the $5,000 fine he received Wednesday for grabbing Kyle Orton's facemask.
"I feel it [the fine] is unnecessary," Spencer said. "I tried to come down on the ball."
Andre Gurode likely will be fined, possibly the same amount, for a tripping penalty he had against the Broncos. He would not talk Thursday.
