Ratliff undergoes surgery, questionable for NBA All-star activities

As expected Pro Bowl nose tackle Jay Ratliff underwent athroscopic surgeries Wednesday on both elbows. The procedures were not serious and were considered minor clean ups.

Ratliff should be ready to participate in the team's offseason program starting in March and be available for minicamps and training camp.

Ratliff's presence at a number of NBA All-star game functions he is associated with is unknown at this time. But again the procedures were minor.
