Proctor signs his tender

Backup center/guard Cory Procter signed his one-year tender for $1.809 million. The Cowboys still have some work to do on their other restricted free agents, including receiver Miles Austin and safety Gerald Sensabugh. But Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said earlier this week that the team expects to have its restricted free agents back for 2010.
