Dez Bryant said he has lost 10 pounds since then, down to 213, while rehabbing with associate athletic trainer Britt Brown.
"It's hell, but at the same time, I know he's trying to get me right, trying to get me better," Bryant said of his time with Brown. "I appreciate that."
Bryant has been out since July 30 when Orlando Scandrick fell on Bryant’s right ankle as Bryant tried to reach behind him for an errant pass. The prognosis for a high-ankle sprain is 4-6 weeks. He hopes to play in the preseason game against the Dolphins on Sept. 2, but the "big picture" is the Sept. 12 season opener against the Redskins.
