Bradie James, Keith Brooking and Marion Barber absent from practice

Linebackers Bradie James and Keith Brooking and running back Marion Barber did not practice on Monday. James and Brooking were likely held out for precautionary reasons, considering Monday's workout was an extra practice leading up to Sunday's game against the Colts. The Cowboys would usually not have their first workout until Wednesday. But considering they played last Thursday and were off on Sunday, they got an extra workout in on Monday.

Barber remains hobbled by a calf strain he suffered in the Thanksgiving Day game against the Saints. His status for practice this week and Colts game is questionable at best. Coach Jason Garrett will give the media a prognosis when he talks later this afternoon.
