Cowboys hope to get Barber and Williams back this week

The clock will start today on safety Gerald Sensabaugh and linebacker Sean Lee, both of whom left Sunday’s game with concussions. Both said they felt OK after the game, but they will undergo neurological testing and will have to be cleared by an independent doctor before they can return.

“That’s standard protocol that the league has,” interim coach Jason Garrett said. “They will go through that this week, and we’ll see how they do.”

Running back Marion Barber missed his third consecutive game with a calf strain, though he practiced on a limited basis last week. Receiver Roy Williams sat out Sunday’s game after injuring a groin in practice last week.

The Cowboys will assess the injured players today when they return for practice. Since the Cowboys play on Saturday, the players had Monday as their day off.
