Since the Eagles are locked into a wild card playoff game, they may rest regulars on Sunday against the Cowboys. If that happens, the Cowboys may respond by playing some of their younger players.
Regardless, the Eagles will be heavy favorites going into the game so the Cowboys could be looking at a 5-11 season, their first since 2002.
They were also 5-11 in 2001 and that’s the last time they started at least three quarterbacks during the season. In 2001, the QBs were Quincy Carter, Ryan Leaf, Anthony Wright and Clint Stoener.
Tony Romo is on injured reserve and if Jon Kitna is not healthy Sunday, Stephen McGee will get the start.
