McGee to start, though Kitna is dressed out

Jon Kitna is dressed out and warming up some in pat-and-go, but third-stringer Stephen McGee will make his first career start. McGee, a second-year pro, went 11-of-17 for 111 yards with a touchdown and a 102.8 passer rating against the Cardinals last week in his first regular-season action.

Kitna and Chris Greisen, who was signed to the practice squad early last week and elevated to the 53-player roster on Friday, are active.

The Cowboys' inactives are: kicker Kris Brown, who signed Friday; receiver Teddy Williams; safety Andrew Sendejo; defensive end Clifton Geathers; center Phil Costa; tackle Alex Barron; and offensive tackle Jeremy Parnell.
