The man can launch a football

Of the six quarterbacks at the Senior Bowl, the one who has been the most noticeable in practice is Colin Kaepernick of the University of Nevada.

Kaepernick throws rockets for passes and there is little doubt he has the strongest arm in camp. He started four years in college and threw for more than 2,000 yards his first three years and more than 3,000 as a senior.

In his last three years, he also rushed for more than 1,000 yards and played in an offense that featured the run. He is projected as a mid-round draft pick, but his stock could rise the rest of the week and also at the scouting combine in February.

Other quarterbacks here are TCU’s Andy Dalton, Alabama’s Greg McElroy, Florida State’s Christian Ponder, Iowa’s Ricky Stanzi and Washington’s Jake Locker.
