Super Bowl or bust?

Rob Ryan has joined Jason Garrett's staff, but his bravado has not rubbed off on Garrett. Ryan's twin brother, New York Jets coach Rex, issued a Super Bowl guarantee Thursday at the NFL Scouting Combine. Garrett arrived on the podium shortly after Rex Ryan left it and stopped far short of any guarantees.

"I cannot do the same," Garrett said with a slight smile. "We all want to compete and certainly participate and win a Super Bowl. We’re going to be more focused on the process along the way."

Garrett continues to live by his mantra of stacking good days together, but he hasn't tried to reel in Rob Ryan. The Cowboys defensive coordinator, like his brother, is as confident as coaches come.

"I think anytime you’re around people who have confidence that’s a good thing," Garrett said. "You want confident people. You want people to believe in themselves. You want people to believe in what they do, believe in each other, believe in the program and the organization and those are good things."

All sentences are about a little something or another person. The a little something or anyone that the sentence is about is called the topic on the sentence. From your blog, I see that, and study a thing I'd like. Thanks for sharing.

You have to believe in yourself. That's the secret of success.
