Haley to announce Cowboys' second-round pick

Former Cowboys defensive end Charles Haley will announce the team's second-round draft pick, the NFL announced Thursday. The league picked one alum from each team to announce his former team's second-round selection from the podium at Radio City Music Hall on April 29. It will be a first for the league.

Haley is the only player with five Super Bowl rings – two with the 49ers and three with the Cowboys – and his teams went 153-66, including 19-6 in the postseason. Haley’s 100.5 sacks came in 71 games, and his teams were 59-12 in those games.

He has been a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame the past two years, though he hasn't made the cutdown to 10.

Charles was the best. Why he hasn't been enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame already is crazy! Thanks for the memories and the rings Charles.
