Quarterback Tony Romo has done a good job getting his teammates together for twice-weekly workouts over the past month.
As many as 45 players were in attendance this week for the voluntary drills that have helped the players work on skills and bond during the lockout. Few teams, if any, across the league have enjoyed such consistently high attendance as the Cowboys, who have had at least 40 guys at all the workouts.
But with Romo getting married on Saturday, the workouts have been discontinued until further notice -- possibly until he returns from his honeymoon.
Third-stringer Stephen McGee is the only other quarterback who has been present at the workouts. Backup Jon Kitna has spent the offseason at his home in Washington.
