Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and former KDAF/Channel 33 reporter Candice Crawford will be married on May 28 at Arlington Hall at Lee Park in Dallas, according to TMZ and to a wedding announcement shown on the Dallas Observer website.
Romo has been busy this week organizing workouts for more than 40 Cowboys players as the NFL lockout of players from practice facilities continues in the dispute over a collective bargaining agreement.
On Monday, Romo will take the first step toward qualifying for the U.S. Open golf tournament when he plays in a local qualifier at Stonebriar Country Club in McKinney.
With players locked out and negotiations stalled, there are no formal Cowboys workouts expected for weeks to come.
The NFL and the former players association will have a hearing before a federal appellate court on June 3 on the NFL's request to put its labor lockout in place until a new deal is set.
May 28, a Saturday, is part of the Memorial Day weekend.
