Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins was not in a cave in Friday. He like everyone else heard the talk of the Cowboys trying to make a play for free agent cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha before he signed with the Eagles.
But an unfazed Jenkins said he can't worry about that.
"He is not here," Jenkins said. "It's a business decision. If anything would have happened. It would have happened. We can't worry about that. We just have to keep playing ball."
Asked if the coaches talked to him or any of the cornerbacks to explain the reasons behind the interest in Asomugha, Jenkins said no.
"Nothing has been said," Jenkins said. "But we all know. We are grown men. We know its a business."
