Jerry Jones can't like this: The Eagles have stolen the headlines. Vince Young has called his new team the Dream Team. The Eagles have added defensive lineman Cullen Jenkins, cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, defensive lineman Jason Babin, Young and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.
"They’ve gotten better," Jones said. "...We have all the respect in the world for them, anyway, and so they’re going to be a formidable team. We knew where they were with their cap situation and knew they’d be very active."
The Eagles signed Asomugha, the biggest prize in free agency, out from under Jones. That doesn't happen often.
"We know he's an outstanding player," Jones said. "...If he was going to play someplace else, I don’t like that he’s playing for the Eagles. We have to play him twice a year."
