The Cowboys lengthy injured list will remain so for the next week. Although linebacker Keith Brooking (hamstring), running back Tashard Choice (calf), guard Montrae Holland and cornerback Mike Jenkins (neck) are getting better every day. The Cowboys will continue to remain cautious with them, thus keeping them out of action until at least after the Chargers game on Sunday.
The same is true for runnning back DeMarco Murray (hamstring) and receiver Teddy Williams (hamstring), kicker Kai Forbath (quad).
Quarterback Jon Kitna has missed the past two days of practice with a bad back and is day to day. Linebacker Brandon Williams (back), cornerback Josh Thomas (neck) and safety Danny McCray (ribs) returned to practice Tuesday.
Cornerback Terence Newman (groin) and linebacker Bruce Carter (knee) have already been ruled out the entire preseason.

I'd be interested in hearing. The TOS seems rather clear that it is not unless expressly approved by Amazon. I guess if the library got it in writing then they would be ok.
