Bailey is NFC's special teams player of the week

Cowboys rookie Dan Bailey was named the NFC's special teams player of the week after making all six of his field-goal tries, including a 40-yarder in the final 2 minutes that gave Dallas the win.

Bailey became just the third rookie since 1960 to convert six field goals in a single game. He also handled kickoffs for the first time in his career and finished the game with seven kickoffs, four that reached the end zone, with two touchbacks. Bailey is the team's first placekicker to win the award since Nick Folk in 2007 after a game against the Bills.

This marks the second NFC weekly winner for the Cowboys this season:

Week 2 Tony Romo NFC Offensive Player of the Week

Week 3 Dan Bailey NFC Special Teams Player of the Week
