Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo (fractured rib) was limited in practice as was receiver Dez Bryant (thigh), but running back Felix Jones (shoulder) had a full practice.
Receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), kicker David Buehler (groin), offensive guard Derrick Dockery (knee), defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf) and cornerback Orlando Scandrick (ankle) were out. Besides Romo and Bryant, fullback Tony Fiammetta (hamstring) also was limited.
Scandrick did his rehab work on the field, using cords for the second consecutive day. He said he has some soreness but "very little pain."
"I'm doing everything I can to put myself back in a position to help this team," said Scandrick, who said there is no timetable on his return.
He could miss another week. Austin will be out again, returning after the bye. Dockery also is expected to miss this week, and Hatcher could be out. Marcus Spears said he was ready to start if Hatcher can't go.
