Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo defended receiver Dez Bryant when asked about his sideline antics in the 34-7 loss to the Eagles. Bryant was seen throwing his helmet, while seemingly ranting and raving.
But Romo said he had no problem with Bryant's emotions.
"Dez is great, " Romo said. "His emotion, there is never a negative emotion that comes from it. It’s just positive consistently. He’s just a kid who loves playing the game. He’s passionate. But there is never any malice or anything negative involved. Cameras can catch whatever they want, he is never mean to another person or anything like that. he just wants to win and he’s excited about being out there playing. We’re lucky to have him."
Romo also shot down any comparisons to former Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens, whose antics on the sideline and in the locker room divided the team.
"Dez has done nothing that takes away from anything," Romo said. "Dez does a great job. Always upbeat, positive, we’re lucky to have him, like I said. He’s a great teammate."
Clarence E. Hill Jr.

He did'nt seem so emotional yesterday when he fumbled on the one yard line.
Shut up Kid!

@Bigg D n lil d: Why in the world would we want Tebow??? He sure ain't lighting up the record books with Denver right now is he? We should have taken Andy Dalton when we had the chance. Cincy sure looks good right now with him playing. Maybe JJ will get wise and go after Andrew Luck in the next draft. Bwahahaha like Jerry has a football thought in his brain.

dez reminds me of the way michael irvin used react on the sidelines. i think this is a good thing, which will pay off down the road, when the cowboys address the qb situation.
