Cowboys fullback Shaun Chapas, who was added to the 53-player roster last week, was fined $20,000 for an illegal hit Sunday. Chapas was fined for a blindside hit on Cardinals linebacker Reggie Walker on a second-quarter punt return. He is the fourth Dallas player the league has fined this year, joining Kevin Ogletree ($7,500, San Francisco), DeMarcus Ware ($15,000, Buffalo) and Frank Walker ($7,500, Miami).

This seems very disproportionate considering he is a first time offender, a practice-squad player, and just recently sent to active roster.

if Chapas, with no history of illegal hits, gets fined $20K, then what should James Harrison get fined for leading with the helmet and putting the Browns McCoy out for three plays get??? Harrison of the Steelers should be fined and suspended, since he NEVER learns!
