The Eagles loss to the Seahawks Thursday night was the first step in the process that would allow the Cowboys to clinch the NFC East title as soon as Dec. 11.
The Eagles dropped to 4-8 on the season.
The NFC East-leading Cowboys (7-4) now need to beat the Cardinals on Sunday, while the Giants (6-5) lose to the Packers. If both of those scenarios play on out, then the Cowboys could clinch the NFC East title with with a victory against the Giants Dec. 11.
The Cowboys could lose all their remaining games after that even if the Giants won all theirs, including the season final against the Cowboys, leaving both teams tied with 9-7 records.
But the Cowboys would win the division because of a better conference record as the two teams would have split the head to head matchup, been tied in division record and record among common opponents.
The next tie breaker would be conference record and the Cowboys would have the superior conference record and thus the division title.

A must win in Arizona. A two game lead over NY may be good enough

Nope - this will come down to the last game of the season in NY. Just watch.

That's not goining to happen. Chances of Cowboys meating Arizona in Arizona are never good and the Giants own the Cowboys in Dallas.
