Tom Ciskowski is staying with the Cowboys. Or at least, not going to the Indianapolis Colts.
Ciskowski, assistant personnel director for the Cowboys, interviewed for the general manager position with the Colts. But the Colts reportedly have chosen Ryan Grigson from the Philadelphia Eagles for the position. Grigson has spent the past nine seasons with the Eagles, the last two as director of player personnel.
Ciskowski has been the Cowboys’ top scout since 2008, when the team picked Felix Jones and Mike Jenkins in the first round. He has been with the Cowboys since 1992.

It was Jerry that shuffled the O-line this off season. It was Jerry that inked deals with the WORST defensive backfield in the league. Boycott all Cowboys sponsors starting with PaPa Johns pizza.... Jerry owns several franchises INCLUDING the one at Cowboy Stadium. Verizon, Miller/Coors, Campbell's soup, Ford, etc. Refuse to buy any Cowboy merchandise or tickets or stadium food until Jerry starts acting like a hands off owner. It's a crime the way Jerry is gouging the fans for food and parking at Cowboy Stadium! Only teams with strong head coaches, that hire their own coaching staff and draft the players they want, win Superbowl's. Boycotting the Cowboys really hurts because my family are true fans and love to buy Cowboy stuff, but we will sacrifice to get the Cowboys back on the winning track.
