Troy Aikman tweets his condolences

Troy Aikman remembered Joe Avezzano on Thursday after hearing that the Cowboys former special teams coach had died.

"We lost a good man today. Coach Joe has been one of my very special friends in life...I will miss him terribly," Aikman said on @TroyAikman.

Avezzano was the Cowboys special teams coach from 1990 to 2002.

Coacu Joe (and Campo) both let me try on their SB rings from 1993 and 1995, Coach Joe was a greta man and very entertaining. Bless his family!
