After missing 16 games with hamstring injuries last year, receiver Miles Austin has focused all off season on getting in shape and staying healthy for all 16 in 2012.
The injuries limited him to just 43 catches for 579 yards and seven touchdowns last year, which was a dramatic drop after back to back 1,000 yard seasons and back to back trips to the Pro Bowl in 2009 and 2010.
Instead of training by himself in California as he did before 2011, Austin worked at the team’s Valley Ranch complex with strength coach Mike Woicik.
He said his goal coming into training camp was staying on the field for 16 plus.
“You have to be out there regardless of what it is,” Austin said. “You got to be out there for 16 plus. That is the goal. That is the mindset that I have.”

He missed 6 games. Not 16. Dude, you have SO many typos in your writing! You gotta start spell checking and grammar checking your stuff. It's ridiculous.
