Wilson starts morning with root canal, plans to practice this afternoon

How tough are NFL football players? Cowboys cornerback C.J. Wilson had a root canal this morning. He plans to take part in today’s afternoon workout.

“I can’t talk right now. I just had a root canal,” Wilson said as he left the morning walkthrough, where he was a late arrival.

Are they as painful as advertised?

“You don’t want one,” Wilson said. “I’ll be at practice today and I’m playing in the game (Monday), so it’s no issue. It’s all good.”
