Cowboys sign cornerback LeQuan Lewis to 53-player roster

The Cowboys replaced Colin Cochart with cornerback LeQuan Lewis. Lewis signed with the Titans as an undrafted rookie free agent from Arizona State. He was released at the end of training camp that season and was out of football the rest of the year. He signed with the Raiders on May 15, 2012, was released June 22 and signed with the Jets on Aug. 15. He was on the Jets' practice squad Sept. 4 before being released Tuesday.

The Cowboys had waived Cochart on Tuesday, leaving an opening for Lewis.
