The Giants haven't forgotten Jerry Jones' playful training-camp boast about kicking "the Giants' asses" at Cowboys Stadium, but defensive end Justin Tuck says it's not going to happen for one reason.
"I don't play Jerry," Tuck said during a conference call with the Dallas media Wednesday. "If he wants to put a jersey on and line up, then I'll welcome that. I don't think Jerry is going to do any kicking of my posterior."
Jones’ comment to fans that, “Y’all should come visit Cowboys Stadium and watch us kick the Giants’ asses,” is sure to be bulletin board material at The Meadowlands this week. As if the Giants need more motivation after a 24-17 loss to the Cowboys in the season opener Sept. 5.
"We didn't give them much resistance when they were here, and I'm hoping we're better," said Giants coach Tom Coughlin, who added the Cowboys look much improved from Week 1, though Dallas is only 2-3 since then.
