Practice report: Phil Costa is a full participant

Center Phil Costa, who returned from a back injury last week to help the Cowboys rush for 227 yards, was a full participant in practice Thursday. He was limited in practice Wednesday because of a knee injury he had in the Ravens' game.

With Ryan Cook (hamstring) also out Wednesday, David Arkin took all the snaps in the team portion of practice.

Costa and punter Brian Moorman were the only changes to the previous day's practice report. Moorman, who was limited in practice Wednesday with a strained right groin, was a full participant Thursday.

Running back DeMarco Murray (foot), defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle) and punter Chris Jones (knee) were held out of practice again.

Linebacker Anthony Spencer (shoulder) was limited in practice, and cornerback Morris Claiborne (knee) had a full practice.
