Andre Holmes clears waivers, Cowboys put him on practice squad

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said the team still liked receiver Andre Holmes, despite cutting him.

His actions back him up.

The Cowboys signed Holmes back to the practice squad Tuesday after he cleared waivers.

To make room for him, the Cowboys cut Tevita Finau from the practice squad.
