Dez Bryant said Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall’s mental games won’t work on him anymore.
“That’s his style of play,” Bryant said. “At the end of the day, you need to be able to get into guys’ heads. Back then, it probably would have worked. But not now. I understand the game. I understand what other players want to do to benefit their game.”
Bryant caught eight passes for 145 yards and a touchdown in the Thanksgiving Day game against the Redskins. It’s part of a run that includes 10 touchdowns in his last seven games.
He said quarterback Tony Romo has been right about everything he has told him.
“Everything he had told me has showed up on film, and we execute the play or we execute whatever the adjustment is,” he said.
