LB Wilber, OL Arkin among Cowboys' inactives today

The Dallas Cowboys have declared seven players inactive for today's game against the New Orleans Saints: LB Kyle Wilber, G/C David Arkin, G/C Kevin Kowalski, OG Ronald Leary, OT Darrion Weems, DT Rob Callaway and DT Jay Ratliff. Leary was moved up Saturday from the team's practice squad. Ratliff underwent surery two weeks ago for a sports hernia and is not expected to play again this season unless the Cowboys make the playoffs.
