Livings, knee wrapped, goes in as practice starts; Ratliff apparently will sit out, and Murray returns

Left guard Nate Livings went inside after the special teams part of practice, wearing a wrap on his right knee, and nose tackle Jay Ratliff did not come out for practice, apparently set to miss a second day.

Safety Charlie Peprah (knee) also was not out for practice, and cornerback Orlando Scandrick (hand) did  not dress for practice.

Running back DeMarco Murray was practicing, as he promised on Wednesday after sitting out a day as a precaution.
