Texas A&M offensive tackle Luke Joeckel, an Arlington High School graduate, continues to be the king of the early mock drafts. SI.com released its version today, with Joeckel projected to go to Kansas City with the top overall pick.
SI.com pegged Ohio State defensive tackle Jonathan Hankins (6-3, 320) as the Cowboys' choice at No. 18 in the first round. The site also projects Joeckel's former A&M teammate, DE Damontre Moore, to be taken with the third overall pick by Oakland.
Last week, Joeckel also topped the initial mock draft posted by NFL.com analyst Gil Brandt, the Cowboys' former vice-president of player development. Brandt had the Cowboys taking former Central Michigan OT Eric Fisher (6-7, 305) at No. 18. The SI.com mock draft has Fisher going two picks earlier, at No. 16, to St. Louis.

I don't think so. If Geno Smith or Matt Barkley is still on the board when Jerry is on the clock in the first round. He'd be an 'idiot' for not taking him.
