Several Aggies stand out at Pro Day, though top prospects rest on their laurels

Texas A&M hosted its annual Pro Day on Friday.

Left tackle Luke Joeckel, receiver Ryan Swope and running back Christine Michael rested on their combine workouts. All three participated only in position drills Friday as 16 Aggies worked out for 45 scouts from all 32 teams. Raiders head coach Dennis Allen, Jets head coach Rex Ryan, Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, Eagles receivers coach Bob Bicknell, Raiders offensive line coach Tony Sparano and Raiders defensive line coach Terrell Williams were among those inside the McFerrin Athletic Center.

Defensive end Damontre Moore, expected to be a first-round pick, lifted the 225-pound bench press 19 times Friday, which was seven more than he did in Indianapolis when he was the worst among defensive ends. He also weighed 10 pounds heavier than he did at the combine at 260.
