Cowboys take Baylor wide receiver Terrence Williams in the third round

The Cowboys continued what has been an offensive draft by selecting Baylor wide receiver Terrence Williams in the third round, 74th overall.

Williams follows the pick of Wisconsin center Travis Frederick in the first round and San Diego State tight end Gavin Escobar in the second round.

The Cowboys took Williams with the controversial pick they got from 49ers when they traded back in the first round from 18 to 31 to take Frederick.

The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Williams gives the Cowboys another big play threat to go with Dez Bryant, while giving them insurance in case Miles Austin continues to be limited by injuries.

Williams, a Dallas native, led the nation last season at Baylor with 97 catches for 1,832 yards.
