Jason Garrett's speech to his team is inspiring

Thanks to Peter King's new website, Monday Morning Quarterback, he was allowed access to film Cowboys' head coach Jason Garrett's first meeting with his team after their arrival to Oxnard.

This is a fascinating, and often inspiring, 35-minute look at a man whom we seldom see.

really sad they had to put this video out. it's sad to see dallas/ftw media fawn over this, unwillingly acknowledging it as a PR stunt.

The Cowboys are lucky to have Garrett as their head coach. No other person could be as inspiring or do as good a job as Garrett when working for an owner who does not want to share the spotlight.

Inspiring? Then why am I still...LMAO..!!
