Practice report: Miles Austin is not on the field

Receiver Miles Austin was rehabbing during practice Friday, making it unlikely he plays Sunday against the Chargers. Austin has a history of hamstring injuries. He missed six games in 2011 with injuries to both hamstrings.

Receiver Dwayne Harris (hip) did return to practice after missing Wednesday and Thursday.

Dez Bryant, Terrance Williams and Cole Beasley are the Cowboys' receivers who are completely healthy.

Linebacker Ernie Sims (groin) returned to practice this week, and the Cowboys are "hopeful" he can play Sunday.
