Cowboys release two practice squad players, who could re-sign Monday

The Cowboys released guard Ray Dominguez and receiver Jamar Newsome from the practice squad in moves required by the CBA. They hope to re-sign both Monday.

The Cowboys have only four players on their practice squad, and by re-signing Dominguez and Newsome, they still would have two roster spots on the developmental unit. Dallas called up defensive end Jason Vega from the practice squad to the 53-player roster Friday.
