Murray says he doesn't mind cold-weather games, is ready to run as much as Cowboys ask

DeMarco Murray said he doesn’t concern himself with bad weather. He said he’s ready to run the ball as much as he’s asked to.

“I don’t mind them. I don’t mind them,” he said, asked if he likes cold-weather games. “I don’t think it’s really that big of a factor. While you’re out there, you’re never thinking, ‘Oh, it’s hot.’ You’re never thinking, ‘Oh, it’s cold,’ until you’re on the sideline, really. It’s not a big deal.”

Murray has had some of his best games against the Giants. But he said the Cowboys should be able to remain balanced.

“I don’t see why we wouldn’t be able to pass,” he said. “Good quarterback, good receivers. But it just depends on how the game is going, I think. If we run it well, that’s obviously going to open up the passing game and vice versa.”
