Practice report: D-line gets a boost as Hatcher returns, but Hayden still out

Defensive tackle Jason Hatcher got back into practice Friday, the first time this week he has worked since a stinger sent him out of the Vikings game.

Hatcher had missed practice Wednesday and Thursday. He said the stinger caused him to lose all strength in his left arm.

It increases the chances Hatcher will play on Sunday at New Orleans. But Nick Hayden appears less likely to play because he missed practice again Friday.

Also missing practice again Friday were cornerback Morris Claiborne, receiver Miles Austin, safety J.J. Wilcox and linebacker DeVonte Holloman.
