Jerry Jones won't talk about Adrian Peterson's comments for fear of "getting busted"

Adrian Peterson admitted earlier this week that the thought of returning home to Texas and playing for either the Cowboys or the Texans has crossed his mind.

Peterson grew up a Cowboys fan in Palestine and makes his off-season home in Houston.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones wouldn't go there, though, because the Vikings have Peterson signed through 2017.

"We don’t want to get into hypotheticals in any way," Jones said on his weekly radio show on KRLD-FM. " As a matter of fact, that’s called getting busted in the NFL if you talk about somebody else’s players."
