Brenden Morrow was pretty beat up at the end of the postseason, but he said he's feeling great right now. Obviously he was right about the shoulder: It just needed rest. Although he tested that the same way he tested his wrist when he was coming off that ugly injury: He went to the golf course.
"I was swinging the golf club a little after (the season ended) and it's pretty much pain free," Morrow said.
The groin was the bigger problem: Morrow said it "gave out" in Game 1 against Detroit. After admitting he was no doctor, Morrow guessed the groin went due to dehydration and fatigue from that crazy-long Game 6 against San Jose.
Whatever the reason, he's feeling good. That's good to hear, eh?
