OK, if I were a betting woman, and my credit history shows I once was, I would think this is the evening that we see Jere Lehtinen back in the lineup.
It sounds like Jere is about ready to get it going, although he gave us the same old, hum-drum "I'm close" this morning at skate. Mike Ribeiro may have been more observant, saying Lehtinen was missing the net on his shots on Monday but he was making them this morning.
Sorry, just running out of ways to say the guy is closing in on a return date. If he is in, however, Ribeiro is officially the happiest guy in the locker room. Loves the natural right-handed shot, so yippee for that.
I got nothing else, folks. It's already 3-something back home and I'm not even close to a start time. Sheesh!
I really hope he plays. Having him and Zubov back will be like the good 'ol days when we won games.
These 9:00PM games are killing me.

its actually a 7:30 start here in california so its a 9:30 CT start....I'm glad i live on the west coast, because i watch way too much sports and they usually all end around 10. i feel for ya
