The passing on both sides has been sketchy. I mentioned to a colleague: What does it say when Marty Turco's had some of the crisper passes in the game thus far? Anyway, the Ducks were pushing hard after Richards' goal, but the Stars finally started pushing back at the end of the third and got the power play out of it. Getting some rubber on goal (three shots counted in the first 38 seconds of the power play), and the Stars need to keep hammering away at Giguere.
Modano's line with James Neal and Jere Lehtinen has looked really good. Same for the Richards line.
That power play, however, needs to start paying off like it has in the past. What's the over/under on Ducks penalties in the third?
