The Stars get a lousy call on them at the end of the second period, and the Sens come through on it. Alexandre Picard gets this one through and Chris Neil's screen in front is beneficial to Ottawa in what is now a 4-3 game. Stars' power play is drowning tonight. Now they've given up three goals on five opportunities to a Senators team that couldn't score worth a darn coming into this one.
