OK, maybe it's in comparison to that first period, but this last 20 minutes wasn't nearly as exciting. The Stars got two more power plays, with a whole lot of nothing happening on both. Tampa Bay finally got its first one, much to the delight of the angry/sarcastic crowd, and they did a big bag of nothing, too.
So the power plays aren't scintillating. OK, that's all I got for this period. Told you it was boring.
