Pretty good first period for the Stars, although I still think they ought to be up 2-0 with all that 5 on 3 power play time. The Ribeiro line has looked very good again. Chris Conner's had two really, really good scoring chances, although he got hooked on that first one that led to the Stars' first power play. But that second one, off the great pass from Mike Modano, looked like he flipped the puck a bit and didn't get off a good shot.
Stars lead the shot total 11-6 right now. Kari Lehtonen has bobbled a few of those stops, so we'll see if the Stars can get him to cough up some rebounds as the game wears on.
