Steve Ott gets one game

Steve Ott has received a one-game suspension for his eye gouging with Travis Moen at the end of Saturday's game. He served that Sunday against Pittsburgh and is eligible to play Tuesday at San Jose. Also, the Stars have placed Sean Avery on recall waivers. They had to send someone to the minors to clear the space for the move. My guess is Ray Sawada was sent, but it might be just an administrative move and he could be back on the West Coast trip. _Mike Heika
