Assistant coach search still on

Marc Crawford said yesterday he's still conducting interviews for the assistant coach to run the Stars defense.

It's an important position, so I think he wants to make sure to find the right fit.

Meanwhile, former Stars associate coach Rick Wilson is reported to be talking with Tampa Bay and could be considered as a new assistant coach there.

And former assistant coach Mark Lamb is rumored to be speaking with Swift Current about the open head coaching position with the Broncos.

I'm starting vacation today, so I won't be around for a while, but I'll try to check in here every now and then.
