Tomas Vincour then did the walk down the blueline and took a pass to break into the offensive zone and appeared to roof a shot for a 2-0 lead.

Trevor Daley then pounced on a turnover in the offensive zone and one-timed one into the net from the top of the slot for a 3-0 lead at the 13:15 mark.
